Saturday, April 14th, 2012 - 1:00pmWhat: Rootles®- Quests for the Curious is developing a biking Treasure Hunt for the Society of Global Health Researchers. Where: The hunt will be held between the CSU Oval and a final downtown Fort Collins location. When: Saturday, April 14th - The hunt will start at 1:00 PM, and take approximately one and a half to two hours. How: Teams will register prior to the hunt and should meet at The Oval at 1:00PM. While everyone will be provided with detailed instructions when we meet to start the hunt, the general idea will find each of the teams solving clues, throughout the area between The Oval and downtown. Each clue will lead to a spot where teams will receive more clues or further instruction. The clues will require group thinking and teamwork to solve and will lead teams to different locations where they will need to gather information necessary to find their final destination and solve an overall puzzle. Why: If you’ve ever participated in a treasure hunt, then you likely remember how much fun it is to puzzle out where you’ll find your next clue, while if you've never had the pleasure of going on a treasure hunt, then this is a perfect opportunity to experience an absolutely great way to explore your surroundings and enjoy the community of Fort Collins! Please: We ask that you bring your sense of adventure, an open mind, and your clearest thinking skills, as we’ll provide the rest. Pens and paper will be available, along with other materials needed to solve the clues. Feel free to peruse the rest of the site to see sample clues and other hunt descriptions. We look forward to seeing you on the 14th!
